Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
